Why Can’t I Add or Sync My League?

If you’re having trouble adding a new league, first confirm that the username and password for your league host are correct. Next, make sure your league's commissioner has activated the league for the current season. Once you have confirmation of this and your correct login information, you can proceed to the troubleshooting steps below. 

1. Open a private browsing window

Open a new incognito or private browsing window to prevent your browser from automatically using saved login information.

2. Log in directly through your league host

Go to your league host’s website and manually enter your username and password. Do not use autofill or a saved password.

Take note of the exact username and password that successfully logs you into your account.

3. Reset your password if necessary

If you cannot log in directly to your league host, reset your password through the host’s website.

Once your password has been updated, try adding your league again.

4. Add your league through League Sync

After confirming that your login information works, visit the League Sync page and try adding your league again.
