What is Upside Mode?

Upside Mode is a new feature in the Draft Assistant that highlights each player’s potential ceiling. It blends Expert Consensus Rankings with our Consensus Draft Sentiment Upside rating.  When turned on, player suggestions are adapted to prioritize players with higher upside.

Our model analyzes fantasy content to get the consensus sentiment about a player and then quantifies their upside. Essentially it evaluates what fantasy analysts are saying about a player, and uses that to determine how much upside each player has.

In short, Upside Mode helps answer the question:
“What are the chances this player becomes a true fantasy difference-maker?”

By shifting the focus toward upside, Draft Assistant suggestions show you which players have the best chance to deliver elite, league-winning production.

***Upside Mode is redraft-focused for offensive players. Upside Mode is not supported in Dynasty or IDP drafts.***

How can Upside Mode help me during my draft?

Looking for bench players with potential to become league-winners? Backup RBs, Impact WRs, or Rookies with breakout potential? This is where Upside Mode shines to help you find diamonds-in-the-rough who can win you your leagues.
