What do the green and red arrows next to a player name mean in Draft Wizard®?

The small green and red arrows next to players in the Draft Wizard® player suggestions appear if there's been a significant change in a player's expert consensus ranking in the past week. This way you can identify movement based on breaking news, injuries, suspensions, etc.

This is available in both the Draft Simulator and Draft Assistant.
