I synced my league into My Playbook, but my team or roster is not appearing. What should I do?

If you have synced your league into My Playbook, but your team or roster is not appearing, please go to the My Leagues page and click the "refreshing your access" link. 



If the first method is unsuccessful, please follow these steps:

  1. Please delete and re-sync your team that you are having issues with. When syncing again, after seeing the "Congrats! Sync Successful." message, please click the "My Playbook" link.
  2. If you are still unable to see your team after seeing the successful sync message, please click here to re-sync.

If you have attempted both methods above and still have issues viewing your league, please contact us via our Help Center: https://support.fantasypros.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
