If you have synced your league into My Playbook, but your team or roster is not appearing please try the following:
Step 1 (Web). Try a forced refresh from My Playbook. You can find the Refresh button in the left navigation bar next to the Teams dropdown menu.
Note: If there is a message next to your league and team name about League Sync Issues, please use the “Fix It” link to reset the connection with your league.
If you see the League Sync Issues message, My Playbook lost its authentication with your league which is preventing it from pulling in the latest changes. This can happen due to a variety of reasons, including a password change.
Step 1 (Mobile). In the Playbook tab on the FantasyPros mobile app, select the league with the out of date rosters. With that league selected, you will find the refresh button in the top right corner. Clicking the refresh button will refresh your leagues rosters.
Step 2 (Web only). First, go to the My Leagues page. Then click the “kebab” icon beside the league that is having update issues and select "Refresh Roster."
Step 3 (Web and Mobile). If none of the refresh methods work, you will have to delete and re-sync your league. This will not affect any data in your league and will nearly guarantee a proper link between your league and My Playbook.
To delete your league on the web, first, go to the My Leagues page. Then click the “kebab” icon beside the league that is having update issues and select "Delete League".
To delete your league via the FantasyPros mobile app, first select the league you'd like to refresh. Then, navigate to the bottom of the league page and select "Remove League".
Then, re-sync using the normal league sync process.
