Yes, the Trade Analyzer does support trades involving draft picks for dynasty leagues. In order to include draft picks in the trade you want to analyze, change the Rankings drop-down menu from "Rest of Season" to "Dynasty". Draft picks for the next few seasons will now show up in the tool.
