This could happen for one of the following two reasons:

1. There haven't been any weekly IDP rankings submitted yet, which you can verify by clicking here. IDP rankings typically come in by Wednesday, so there's a definite possibility that IDP suggestions won't appear in the tool until then. 

2. Our Waiver Wire Assistant won't recommend IDPs if there aren't any IDPs our rankings say are better for the week than the IDPs you own.
