I just paid for an upgrade but am unable to access premium features.

If you're unable to access our premium tools after purchasing a premium subscription, first check your Account Profile to confirm your subscription is recorded there. If your subscription is shown, please attempt to use the tools again. Should issues persist, a simple log out and log back in might help to refresh your subscription status.
