My league's rosters in My Playbook are no longer being updated. How can I fix it?

Sometimes My Playbook falls out of sync with your league for a variety of reasons. Usually, it is a failure in communication between My Playbook and your league host. The result is your league's current data no longer automatically refreshes/updates in My Playbook.

Step 1 (Web). Try a forced refresh from My Playbook. You can find the Refresh button in the left navigation bar next to the Teams dropdown menu.

Note: If there is a message next to your league and team name about League Sync Issues, please use the “Fix It” link to reset the connection with your league.

If you see the League Sync Issues message, My Playbook lost its authentication with your league which is preventing it from pulling in the latest changes. This can happen due to a variety of reasons, including a password change.

Step 1 (Mobile). On the My Playbook mobile app, you will find the refresh button in the side menu. Tap the menu icon in the upper left corner. This will open the side menu, displaying your account information, including the leagues that you have synced. Tap the “Refresh” icon to force an update.

Another method that can be used on the My Playbook app if the above method fails is to enter the Lineup section of the app using the bottom navigation bar and pull down the table on the "My Team" screen. That will force a refresh for that team only and should work.

Step 2 (Web only). On your My Leagues page, click the "refreshing your access" link located below the list of your synced leagues. You can access the Leagues page via the link on the left navigation bar while you are in My Playbook.

Step 3 (Web and Mobile). If none of the refresh methods work, you will have to delete and re-sync your league. This will not affect any data in your league and will nearly guarantee a proper link between your league and My Playbook.

To delete your league on the web, first, go to the My Leagues page. Then click the “kabob” icon beside the league that is having update issues and select "Delete League".

To delete your league via the My Playbook mobile app, tap the menu icon in the upper left corner of the screen. Then, tap on the ellipsis (•••) next to the league you want to delete and select "Delete League".

Then, re-sync using the normal league sync process.
