Yes, most features of the Draft Wizard® will work in a browser on an iPad, other tablets, and all touchscreen devices. However, ESPN drafts have some limitations.

We also have the FantasyPros Fantasy Advice iOS app that includes Draft Wizard® and is optimized for iPad. The FantasyPros Fantasy Advice iPad app can be found in the App Store.
