Some of the most common explanations:
- It may be too early in the preseason. Our DFS tools are available one week before the start of the regular season.
- Make sure you're logged in to the correct account.
- If you're logged into the correct account, try logging out then logging back in. Sometimes it takes a little while for our system to fully update your premium status across all tools.
