There are three probable explanations for this.
- It may be the preseason. Our DFS tools are only available for the regular season and postseason for the NFL, MLB, and NBA.
- If it's not the preseason, then you may be logged into an account that it is different from the account you used to purchase a subscription. Logging into the correct account would fix the issue.
- If you're logged into the correct account, then your premium access may not be recognized by our system. You can fix this by resetting your access, which can be done by logging out and logging back in.
