Why is the MLB My Playbook Lineup Assistant giving me incomplete lineups?

This occasionally happens for users who are in CBS Leagues with DH slots. On CBS, DH slots are treated as slots that can be used for any hitters. However, our tools reserve DH slots for players that are actually positionally eligible as a DH. This is because most other fantasy sites use the DH roster slot in this fashion; a UTIL (utility) slot is what most other sites use as their all-purpose hitter slot.

If this applies to you, you can fix the issue by changing your league's DH spots to UTIL spots in My Playbook.

In order to change your league settings, please do the following:

1. Click on your displayed league at the top of the left panel to drop down the list of all of your leagues for that sport.

2. Click on the settings cog next to the league you want to edit.

3. Once on your league page, clicking Edit next to Settings will bring up a pop-up window where you can edit your league's roster settings in addition to other league settings such as scoring type.

Please note that this cannot be done in the My Playbook mobile apps, so please click here to do it on our web tool.

If this issue affects you and you aren't a CBS user, then please reach out to us by submitting a customer service request and we will respond as quickly as possible.
